Refund & Return Policy – 3D Printed Toys

At Pocket Petz, each toy is individually created using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor surface variations, layer lines, or slight material irregularities may occur. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

Broken or Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is physically broken.
• The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
• The product must be sent back for inspection prior to refund or replacement approval.

Non-Broken Items
If a customer decides they no longer want an item and it is not broken, no refunds will be issued.
• Store credit may be provided at our discretion.
